I take a very holistic approach. I don’t believe it’s truly possible or beneficial to compartmentalize our lives.

In order to create a meaningful life you love, one that elicits a continual sense of joy and well-being, one that is personally and professionally satisfying and fulfilling, one that is filled with healthy, supportive relationships based on genuine, heart-felt connection, you cannot suppress any part of yourself or your life.

I’m highly intuitive in my coaching. I’ve learned over the years not to ignore intuitive hits and so when they arise in a session…I’ll throw them out to you. I ask only that you sit with whatever I’ve shared for a bit, tune into your own intuition and really ponder whether there’s any truth to it for you.

I’m easy going and very down to earth, love to laugh and I have a ton of fun with my clients. I’ll be empathetic and supportive, but I also won’t hesitate to dish up a lovin’ booty-kickin’ when needed, too. ; )
